A Lasting Legacy

A SCHOOL BUILT UPON PHILANTHROPY Our school, and its quiet commitment to excellence, has endured many social, political, and educational changes since its beginnings in the mid-16th century. Whilst there are huge benefits to the fundamental decision taken to become an Academy, not least to safeguard much of the School’s financial standing from the vagaries of political decision making, it nevertheless results in a requirement to widen the long-term sources of income. Old Wycombiensians who include a legacy in their Will, will be providing a lasting gift to help maintain excellence in the business of education.
