11 SUMMARY OF COURSES Each entrant to Year 12 will choose 4 subjects and 1 reserve in order of preference from the following: Ancient History Art and Design Biology Business Studies Chemistry Computer Science Design and Technology Economics English Literature French Geography German History Latin Mathematics Further Mathematics (may only be taken with Maths) Music Physics Politics Psychology Religious Studies Spanish Sport (BTEC) Please note that not all subject combinations are possible and all are dependent o viable numbers. Therefore, your reserve subject choice should be a carefully considered option. You may also choose an additional 5 th subject from: Extended Project (subject to qualification) Critical Thinking (subject to qualification) GCSE Italian Beginners Mandarin Chinese Beginners Japanese CCF (if already part of the Contingent) Stage Lighting and Sound Team (if already part of the team) Please note these are the subjects currently available and are subject to change.
