Page | 7 The Sixth Form Team Mr Stephen Noyes – Director of Sixth Form As a former Head Boy at RGS and Old Wycombiensian, Mr Noyes has previous experience as Subject Leader in French, Resident House Master in Boarding and a variety of pastoral roles throughout the School. He has a long-standing interest in sport: representing England U19s and Cambridge University in Cricket and coaching the School's cricket team between 2004 - 2012. He took up his current role as Director of Sixth Form in September 2010. Mrs Shradha Tan – Assistant Director of Sixth Form Mr Tan will be you r son’s Head of Year throughout his time in the Sixth Form. Mrs Tan has been an academic member of staff at the RGS for over 20 years and in this time has held a number of posts ranging from being an Advanced Skills Teacher in MFL, Director of Language College to being the Assistant Director of Sixth Form since 2011. She has always championed the education of students at RGS and has developed many initiatives that have contributed to the breadth of opportunities that are on offer to the students in the Sixth Form. Mrs Tan is currently studying for a Counselling Diploma and is learning to play the saxophone. Mr James Eve – Assistant Headteacher Mr Eve oversees the Sixth Form team. He joined RGS in 2016 after five years as Head of English at Magdalen College School in Oxford and an earlier career as a journalist, during which he worked on the Arts and Books sections of The Times, then as a sports writer for the Reuters press agency in Rome. He remembers Sixth Form as one of the most exciting and formative periods of his life, and is dedicated to helping the students at RGS enjoy a similar experience. Mrs Sarah Wallace – Sixth Form Administrator A History and Politics graduate, Mrs Wallace worked in the Private Medical Insurance industry as a Customer Services Manager, in Project Management and latterly as a Marketing Manager. Although Mrs Wallace joined RGS in September 2019, she has known the school for several years as the parent of two boys. Both have thrived at the school and enjoyed all the opportunities for development in the academic and co-curricular programme.
