History has always seemed to interest me, though I seemed particularly reluctant to choose Classical Civilisation as a GCSE subject to study partly because I had never done it before.  Bravely, I decided to do it anyway and see what it entailed and I thoroughly enjoyed learning new myths, gods, battles and many other things that I never thought I would learn about.”
